From the 25th to the 29th of April 2016 a congress of Intel took place at the World Forum Centre in The Hague. During this congress The Hague Events was responsible for the logistical matters.
On Monday the 25th of April 2016, the first participants of the congress were arriving at Schiphol International Airport. In total there would arrive about a thousand guests at the airport. They were transfered in luxury Mercedes touringcars. Each hour a touringcar including a hostess departured from the airport to the Royal city of The Hague. Of course the hostesses were dressed in the colors of Intel. In the arrival area we created a arrival desk for the participants. The hostesses at this desk welcomed the participants and accompanied them to their coaches.
During the next three days each hour a touringcar would drive to The Hague. The participants were staying in five seperate hotels in The Hague, from which they were brought to the World Forum Centre at wednedsay morning. The same thing happened on Thursday.
At Thursday night the 28th of April, the participants would be joining a unique diner at the Louwman Museum in The Hague. The nearly thousand guests could count on the transfers and hostesses of The Hague Events on this evening too.
In the end of this educational week, The Hague Events brought all participants back to Schiphol International Airport on Friday the 29th of April. From this point they went their seperate ways again. The Hague Events looks back on a multicultural week. The hostesses were able to meet and guide a lot of participants with many different nationalities.
